A Rousing Success and a Most Enjoyable Day
The rains threatened…but held off (for the most part); and the crowds were drawn into a sense of community cooperation and participation. Our community continued to show overwhelming support for our organization.
Dear Friends,
While many have been touched by the economic recession, Jenna’s Rainbow Foundation continues to receive calls from families of newly diagnosed children with brain or spinal cord tumors, asking for help. With resources harder to come by for those most in need, support is critical. Thanks to the community of support through the years, JRF was built on solid ground, and has not had to turn anyone away. With your underwriting support for the 10th anniversary spring fair, we enjoyed a wonderful day together with our community while we raised funds to continue Jenna’s mission of helping families well beyond what will long be remembered as a difficult year.
During the past 10 years, as support for JRF has grown, support from Jenna’s Rainbow Foundation has grown to reach out to a larger community to help improve the quality of life for families facing the challenges of pediatric brain and spinal cord tumors. Please take a moment to read the enclosed list of “Accomplishments at a Glance”. JRF has had this success only because of the extraordinary commitment from our community, volunteers and the generosity of our donors.
This year, please remember Jenna’s words, “I WISH THE WORLD WOULD STAY A RAINBOW”. As we remember Jenna, and her gracious strength, dignity and courage, let’s come together as a community and help bring rainbows to children and their families facing the challenges of brain and spinal cord tumors. Your generosity is especially appreciated.
On behalf of all the families supported by JRF, please accept our sincere thanks and appreciation. For your convenience, you may click here to donate
